Batch Place Orders

Create multiple trading orders in a single request (max 10 orders).

Platform Support: Available on hyperliquid, aster, lighter. Not available on kuru.

Multi-Account Support: Orders can be grouped by accountId for processing. Each order can specify its own accountId, or a default accountId can be set at the request level. Orders are grouped by account and processed separately, with results merged back in the original order.
